VIDEO: Bingo Cares

Shelters often receive pets that are in terrible condition. Matted and dirty hair can be host to irritations, rashes, even fleas and ticks. Unfortunately, rescues and shelters don’t always have the funds or the staff with the needed skills, so Bingo Pet Salon in downtown Royal Oak decided to create Bingo Cares, a nonprofit program that gives the animals a good cleaning and cut at no cost to the rescue or shelter.

Groomed pets not only look better, they feel better! Being happier both inside and out can help give them the edge they need to find their forever home.

In addition to grooming rescue animals, Bingo Pet Salon also helps get them adopted by posting pictures on their social networks, showing them in their store front area, and by hosting community events and fundraisers.
