Whiskey & Wine Fest 2017 (9/16)

While not exclusively about wine, Whiskey & Wine Fest is also a celebration of another popular drink that is used to enhance the flavor of certain foods. If you’re more of a wine drinker but have a whiskey-drinking friend you want to bring along, who knows, maybe you’ll both come out of this event with a greater appreciation for the other.

Wine Myths Mini Workshop (9/20)

If you’ve always been curious about some of the myths surrounding wine, like whether sulfites cause headaches or if screwcaps are a sign of inferior wine, you’ll want to check out this workshop at Michigan by the Bottle in Royal Oak. Become more informed about the world of wine so you can make better purchasing decisions at the store or on your next outing. Pre-selected pours that serve as demonstration are included in the $15 entry fee.

Remember to drink responsibly and plan ahead with a designated driver or take advantage of one of these local designated driving services.
