By Metro Detroit Chevy Dealers

We were so excited to hear of this upcoming event and would be honored to participate in the 100 years of Chevrolet Parade at the Woodward Dream Cruise Saturday with our 1957 Chevy 210 Townsman station wagon. We bought the car at the Frankenmuth Auto Fest 8 years ago and have enjoyed thousands of miles of cruising with friends and meeting other Chevrolet enthusiasts over the years including our fellow Woodward Tri 5 Club members. We also own a 1960 Chevrolet Bel Air as well as a late model Malibu and Traverse for our daily drivers.

Our Townsman wagon is mostly original with the stock 283 V8 except for a repaint in 1999 in the original highland green/surf green colors and aftermarket wheels and tires. It has spent it’s entire life in Michigan and has only 76,000 original miles on it.
It spent 27 years (1966-1993) in a walkout basement after the passing of the original owner, no doubt contributing to it’s excellent condition and reliability today. We’ve done everything from local area cruise nights to an 1,100 mile Old US27 tour last summer without any complaints or problems.
