My name is Jacob S., and I’m 26 years old. Attached are a couple of pictures of my ’98 Camaro 3800 V6. I bought her a little over 5 years ago. Since the 3800 engines are strong and last long, I figured it would be more fun to pull some G’s around turns instead of just being fast in a straight line. So I brought new life back into the her by replacing ALL of the suspension components including front upper and lower a-arms, rear lower control arms, pan hard bar, all poly bushings, shocks and struts, lowering springs, double diamond sub-frame connectors, strut tower brace, C6 Corvette wheels, and more. She corners like a dream! I also just finished a complete interior remove, clean, and reinstall to help make the inside look as new as possible. In addition I added strobe lights and a siren just for show to give me the B4C Camaro I never had (Shhh!).
I’m very proud of the fact that I just rolled over 200,000 miles this past 4th of July weekend. 200,000 + miles and still going stronger than ever!
I can’t believe all of the things I have been able to see and do just from owning this vehicle. I joined the F-Body club that I am now Vice President of. I have been able to drive on Waterford Hills Raceway, Michigan International Speedway, and (coolest of all) Indianapolis Motor Speedway! Of course the list goes on, but most importantly would be all of the friends I have made through the different shows, cruises, and events I’ve gone to. It would be an honor to add this 100 Chevy’s Parade to that list.
