Fermentation 101: Applesauce, Pickles & Kraut, Oh My!

Green Dreams Detroit, Naturally Empowered and naturopathic physician Dr. Matthew Marturano will hold a DIY fermenting workshop on Monday, Oct. 20. Participants will watch a fermenting demonstration of garlic dill pickles, cinnamon applesauce and kraut. You’ll then get to taste test!
