Metro Detroit’s 2013 Iron Chef Competition, featuring Brighton Chef Patrick Srock and Howell Chef Sandy Blake, will be held on Thursday, August 8 at Bordine’s “Kitchen Stadium” in Brighton. Each chef will be challenged to make an appetizer, entree and dessert. General admission tickets cost $50, and all proceeds will benefit Gleaners Community Food Bank.
