Michigan Spring Feast

On Thursday, May 14, head to The Root Restaurant & Bar in White Lake for a Michigan Spring Feast! Executive chef James Rigato will prepare a five-course dinner featuring the beers of Brewery Vivant. The menu is as follows:

  • First course: Spring Radish Salad with Farmhand (a French-style ale)
  • Second course: Crispy Fried Pork & Onions with Zaison (Imperial Saison)
  • Third course: Spring Pea Gnocci with Contemplation (an ale brewed with Michigan honey)
  • Fourth course: Michigan Lamb Two Ways with Belgian Dunkel (a dark wheat)
  • Fifth course: Rhubarb Galette with Undertaker (a Belgian-style dark ale)
