Toasted Oak and Verterra Winery will present a Summer Wine Dinner on Thursday, August 28. The five-course meal will feature a dish prepared by executive chef Brian Kanak along with a wine pairing. The menu is as follows:

  • First course: Compressed Watermelon with Rose of Pinot Noir
  • Second course: Kumamoto Oysters with Pinot Grigio
  • Third course: Gunthorp Farms Braised Pork Belly with Riesling
  • Fourth course: Culver Farms Duck Breast with Chaos Cuvee
  • Fifth course: Full Circle Lamb with Reserve Red
