Though everyone has a picture in their head of what they feel Jesus looked like, no one truly can know for sure. However, you can see how he looked through the eyes of one of the most beloved painters of all time, Rembrandt. The Detroit Institute of Arts is showcasing an exhibit called Rembrandt and the Face of Jesus. The exhibition brings together 64 of Rembrandt’s paintings, drawings and prints that show his vision of both Jesus and events as they are described in the Bible. The DIA is open Wednesday through Sunday. Please visit www.dia.org for more information about prices and exhibitions.
