It’s become a common occurrence for them to be made with excessive amounts of sugar. Even though it’s mentioned that the previously listed facilities serve smoothies without sugar, that is not always the case at other places. Unless your goal is to satisfy your sweet tooth, try to steer clear of smoothies with not-so-healthful ingredients.
