Project Healthy Community is based out of Northwest Detroit and focuses on developing individuals with good health, nutrition, and education skills to enhance the value of the community and local economy.
In addition to the After School Program at Schulze Elementary, PHC operates multiple programs out of the Northwest Activities Center, also known as “the HUB.” These programs involve food pantries, educational and assistance opportunities, as well as many other activities to help build a stronger community.
