Charge Up & Hit The Road With A Chevy EV

Electric driving is all about possibilities, whether it’s charging at home, capturing energy while you drive, or exploring farther on a single charge. Chevy EVs are designed to make every aspect of charging simple, convenient, and smart.

Charging up your EV doesn’t have to be complicated. Check out the types of chargers available.

LEVELS OF CHARGING

Match the pace of your lifestyle with varying charging levels. Level 1 charging is great for topping off after short trips, while Level 2 chargers are great for overnight charging.

Level 1 Charging

The Dual Level Charger™ offers the flexibility of both Level 1 and Level 2 charging, and its portable design allows it to work in most standard outlets with a 120-volt plug.

Level 2 Charging

Available Level 2 wall chargers can be plugged into a 240-volt outlet or hardwired into your home1.

  • The GM PowerUp 2 Charger delivers power with a 25 ft. cable and Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to schedule and monitor charging through the myChevrolet mobile app2.
  • For greater capability, the GM Energy PowerShift Charger enables vehicle-to-home (V2H) bidirectional charging with compatible Chevrolet EVs3, meaning your vehicle can even help power your home during an outage4.

Regenerative Braking

Chevrolet EVs are engineered to help you get the most out of every mile with regenerative braking features. With Regen on Demand™1, you can slow down your vehicle while capturing energy that feeds back into the battery. One Pedal Driving2 takes it a step further by allowing you to accelerate, slow down, and even bring the vehicle to a stop using only the accelerator pedal. Together, these features help extend your driving range.

Range

With impressive range capabilities, Chevrolet EVs are built to keep up with your life. Ranging from up to 319 miles with the Equinox EV1 to Silverado EV’s expansive 460 miles2, these electric vehicles are ready to hit the road.
