Those scoring in the top three at the end of a game will receive a gift certificate to Boro Resale and Golden Fleece Restaurant. Popular pub trivia company Quizzo is hosting online trivia via Facebook Live every Wednesday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Each night will feature a different “Quizmaster” who will host the live show online. There will be 20 questions “of varying difficulty.” Those with the most points at the end of the game will receive a gift card for Quizzo’s online store.
The SoCal-based pub trivia organizers have also pivoted to online trivia via Facebook and Twitch. The topics vary from general trivia to more specific topics, like Harry Potter and historical figures, and are streamed live online Wednesday and Sunday evenings.
Raising glasses and popping quizzes since 2008, Uptown Pub Quiz is a New York City-based pub trivia organizer that is now streaming its games online via Facebook. Uptown’s quizmasters, who go by clever handles like “Evil Mr. Phil” and “Naomi of the North,” host the online version of their trivia event every Wednesday night.
