DETROIT ROLLER WHEELS

Detroit Roller Wheels has been in business since 1981 under the same ownership for 43 years. They have skating for all ages, birthday parties, group rates, classes, skating lessons, and a skate shop. They have plenty of opportunities for open skating throughout the week for you to come enjoy their hardwood maple floor and sound and light systems.
BONAVENTURE FAMILY SKATING CENTER
24505 Halsted Road, Farmington Hills
Bonaventure Family Skating Center truly has something for everyone in the whole family. Whether you’re looking to roller skate or rollerblade or learn how to skate as a child or adult, you’ll be able to do so in their sprawling 30,000-square-foot facility. When you need a break from skating, check out their concessions stand for a snack, arcade games, or the play zone for climbing and exploring.
RIVERSIDE ARENA
36635 Plymouth Road, Livonia
Riverside Arena opened in 1940 and has spent the last 83 years being a great place for fun, entertainment, and skating. They offer open skate times Wednesday through Sunday. Riverside Arena also has a wonderful list of special events scheduled including home school skates, magic shows, and a special Halloween costume party.
THE NEW RINK
50625 Van Dyke Avenue, Shelby Township
The New Rink is a roller sports complex located in Shelby Township. They are available for open skate, skating lessons, and private parties or events. In addition to the roller rink, they also have a bounce house area available for private parties, and is open throughout the week, with many time slots on Saturdays and Sundays.
ROLLERCADE
2130 Schaefer Highway, Detroit
RollerCade has been open since 1955 and is one of the oldest continually open, Black-owned rinks in the country. They are a proud member of their community and provide an important space for people to gather and celebrate the city’s vibrant skating culture. They host many unique events such as R&B Tuesday Skating for adults 21 and older.
