Italian Cuisine, November 5

There is arguably nothing more delicious than a fine Italian dinner, but some of the dishes are tricky to make. The class will take place on Sunday, November 5 at Fustini’s in Ann Arbor.

Who You Calling a Cream Puff?, November 13

If you are looking for the perfect dessert to make for you and your family over the holidays, the cream puff might be the perfect choice. Zingerman’s Bakehouse will be hosting their “Who You Calling a Cream Puff?” class on Sunday, November 13. The class will teach you about the history of the cream puff, show you how to prepare your own dough, as well as how to make pastry cream, whipped cream, and chocolate ganache. If that doesn’t satisfy your sweet tooth, we’re not sure what will.
