4 Spring Fairs to Refresh Your Home & Yourself

Not to jinx anything, but we’ve been able to enjoy some really nice weather the past week or so. I think we can safely say spring is here to stay, which means you might need some help transitioning not only your home, but your self, from the harshness of winter to the beauty of spring. These four fairs in metro Detroit help you rejuvenate your living space and your health.

Palmer Park Art Fair (5/6 -5/7)

The beautiful Palmer Park will be hosting their Art Fair on Saturday, May 6 and Sunday, 7. The show will include 80 juried artists, family fun activities, live music, face painting, food, and much more. Come out to support local artists and find some art to brighten up your house this spring!

Lake Orion Flower Fair (5/12-5/13)

The 17th annual Lake Orion Flower Fair will take place on Friday, May 12 and Saturday, May 13. Over 60 vendors will fill the streets of downtown Lake Orion with beautiful flowers and arrangements guaranteed to brighten any garden and give your house some extra curb appeal. This Mother’s Day tradition is the perfect time to get some last minute Mother’s Day shopping done.

Art Birmingham (5/13-5/14)

Formerly known as the Birmingham Fine Art Festival, the Art Birmingham will return for the 36th year at Shain Park on Saturday, May 13 and Sunday, May 14. The art fair will showcase over 150 juried artists with art ranging from paintings, ceramics, photography, sculptures, and more. The park is located in downtown Birmingham which also gives you access to the many unique stores and restaurants the city offers.

Holistic & Organic Wellness Fair Wixom (5/21)

The Holistic & Organic Wellness Fair will take place at the Wixom Plaza on Sunday, May 21. The fair will help educate attendees in organic diets and practices along with showcasing wellness products from numerous vendors. General admission is free, but if you wish to participate in any workshops or presentations, it will be $10 for pre-registration or $20 at the door.
