It has been known to host galleries, exhibitions, concerts, weddings, art studios, and more in its big expo center. With seven buildings and tons of square footage, there’s plenty of room for you and your party to have some fun.
If you want to spend a day at a museum, there are few better places to do so other than The Henry Ford Museum. The birthplace of the Model T might be old, but it is anything but boring. The Ford Piquette Avenue Plant has hosted everything from corporate parties, to weddings, to even media interviews during its 112 year existence. The 402 foot long, three story building is unique and is the perfect place to throw a good party.
Saint Andrew’s Hall is one of Detroit’s most historic venues and has hosted some pretty awesome concerts during its more than 100 year existence. The venue does not just host the most talented bands, the venue can also play host to your latest banquet or celebration. With a reception capacity of 1,000 in the full venue, you can throw a pretty big party. If you’re looking for a smaller space, you can also rent out The Shelter or The Society Room, which will fit 100 to 400 people. There are dance floors, bars, and a unique vintage feel from the building. You might have been there recently for a concert, but you should consider holding your next banquet or reception at St. Andrew’s Hall.
