Some stand-out dishes include Semolina gnocchi, lamb strip loin, and Thai chicken sausage if you can catch them.

MARROW

Marrow is a neighborhood butcher shop and restaurant that values a sustainable food system. With relationships built with local farmers, Marrow has been able to maintain a small footprint in its sourcing and distribution processes. The restaurant promotes an inventive menu full of farmed ingredients and zero-waste practices. Lunch is served at the butcher shop’s counter with charcuterie, sandwiches, salads, and more, and dinner at the restaurant is an a la carte menu as well as a five-course tasting dinner.
