After a difficult day at the office, one of the best ways to unwind is by hitting up happy hour with some friends or colleagues for a drink (or two). Luckily for all of us hard working individuals, there are numerous bars and restaurants in Metro Detroit that have weekly happy hour specials. The next time you’re heading out for a beer after work, keep the following in mind:

Blackfinn, 530 S. Main St., Royal Oak, has happy hour specialties Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the saloon, where drafts, house wines, specialty cocktails and calls are half off. Pair your drinks with tasty appetizers like seared ahi tuna, calamari and southern nachos for $6, as well as specialty flatbreads.

Rosie O’Grady’s, 279 W. 9 Mile Rd., Ferndale, is the place to go if you want to start the party early. Happy hour is held every day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and features $3.50 calls, $2.75 domestic drafts, $4 import drafts and $2.75 glasses of wine.
