It’s Flower Season! These Budding Events Have Everything You Need

Spring is here! Stop and smell the flowers! No really, stop and smell the flowers. We’ve waited long enough and now it’s planting season. The birds are humming, the bees are buzzing, and now it’s time for you to plant and set out your favorite plants.  Fun fact about gardening, it’s a stress reliever! I think all could use some relief from the winter blues we experienced in Michigan this past winter. So grab your planting soil, gardening gloves and pick up some of your favorite plants at these upcoming “budding” events!

Just in time for Mother’s Day is the annual flower and garden sale. The Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce has kept this event going for 25 years. Not only can visitors purchase flowers but they can also get landscaping items, and decorative elements for their lawns.
