Halloween doesn’t have to be just for kids. Sure, you might be too old to go trick-or-treating, but there are plenty of ways for adults to get in the spooky Halloween spirit. Whether it’s heading to a masquerade, enjoying a ghostly dinner, or seeing a scary good concert, here are five Metro Detroit Halloween events for adults.

Theatre Bizarre (10/12-10/13 & 10/19-10/20)

One of the most popular Halloween events in Detroit every year, Theatre Bizarre returns to the Masonic Temple for another year of masquerading madness. The two weekend event will transform the historic Masonic Temple into a party featuring the most extravagant costumes around. The masquerade gala will take place on Friday, October 12 and October 19, while Theatre Bizarre will take over on Saturday, October 13 and October 20.

Halloween in Hollygrove (10/12-10/27)

Be sure to experience Phantom’s Feast as the Phantom of the Opera takes on your favorite Halloween musicals such as “Rocky Horror Picture Show” and “Little Shop of Horrors” while you enjoy a five course gourmet feast. The event takes place on Friday nights at 8 p.m. and Saturdays at 5 p.m.

Rusko at Elektricity (10/19)
