Detroit Cookie Company is best known for its cookies, but cinnamon roll fans know the real secret: Lauren Roumaya’s famous rolls, baked fresh only on weekends. “We provide the best cookies, coffee, carbs, and memories! Stop by and bring the fam, or order online and have cookies shipped straight to your door!” said Roumaya. The cinnamon rolls, however, are available in-store only on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 10 a.m., and usually sell out within hours (if not minutes). Arrive early if you want to snag one of these gooey weekend treats.
