Flood’s Bar & Grille
A Detroit staple, the soul food restaurant offers live entertainment five nights a week, including live bands on the weekends. Don’t miss out on Jahil the Majestic and Masterstroke this Friday and Saturday!
As for the food, fill up on Shrimp and Catfish Tenders, a Corned Beef sandwich or Seafood Sampler (with crab cake, catfish tenders and fried shrimp). Specialty winter cocktails include the can’t-miss Flood’s Legendary Long Island and Remy Vsop Sidecar.
Uptown Grille
This restaurant and bar is always packed on weekends, when live bands take the stage starting at 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Patrons can also enjoy live acoustic jam sessions from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.
For dinner, enjoy a Drunken Morning burger (topped with ham, Pepper Jack cheese, bacon, Cheddar cheese, fried egg and bistro sauce), BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich or Detroit’r pizza (topped with turkey pastrami, ham, corned beef, salami, bacon, Pepper Jack and Cheddar cheese, banana peppers, coleslaw and special sauce).
The Earle
A French and Italian eatery located in Ann Arbor, you’ll enjoy the live jazz music provided in the dining room five nights a week, Tuesday through Saturday. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list, and isn’t the best choice for first dates, but a great spot for anniversaries and special occasions.
The dinner menu includes Roasted Garlic and Polenta appetizers, and Sea Scallops, Acorn Squash and Grilled Delmonico Steak for entrees.
