All of the smoothies are made without sugar or other additives and can be accompanied by any of the several other menu items. Try their freshly squeezed juice, the acai or pitaya bowl, or the turmeric, ginger, and lemon shots, which can be blended into a smoothie, or taken alone. If a juice cleanse is what you have in mind, Kwench has you covered with their 5-day cleanse package that includes 5 juices and a smoothie. Choose juices or smoothies off the menu or build your own, and don’t be shy. Any questions you have about the menu items will be happily answered. To learn more, follow Kwench Juice Cafe on Instagram @kwenchdetroit and on Facebook @kwenchjuicedetroit.When it comes to smoothies, you should be cognizant of the contents.

It’s become a common occurrence for them to be made with excessive amounts of sugar. Even though it’s mentioned that the previously listed facilities serve smoothies without sugar, that is not always the case at other places. Unless your goal is to satisfy your sweet tooth, try to steer clear of smoothies with not-so-healthful ingredients.
