Eggs Benedict at the Jagged Fork

Eggs Benedict is a classic breakfast dish that foodies have enjoyed for over a century. It’s a dish that is perfect for a lazy Sunday morning or brunch with friends. This dish consists of an English muffin topped with a poached egg, a slice of ham or Canadian bacon, and hollandaise sauce. There are many variations of Eggs Benedict that have been created over the years. For example, some people prefer to use smoked salmon instead of ham or bacon, while others like to add avocado or spinach to the dish. There are many great places to grab eggs benedict in Metro Detroit, but these are the best of the best…

They serve a classic eggs benedict made with poached eggs, Canadian bacon, and hollandaise sauce as well as a Nova Scotia with smoked salmon and a Mexi benedict with chorizo sausage and smashed avocado.
