Have you heard of The Vintage Market? No? Well, do you enjoy locally made special products all in one place? How about supporting local artisans in their craft all while scoring some great pieces of art to take home with you?
The Vintage Market, located in Trenton, Michigan in Elizabeth Park, is an outdoor, vintage, flea-market style event where thousands of shoppers have convened on certain days throughout the year to check out the wares and other offerings from local small businesses, shops and artisans. It was started in August 2014 as a seasonal one day event by two fine folks from Michigan: Angela Guzzardo and Rina Belanger.
Guzzardo, owner of Wicked Finds, prides herself on her farmhouse decor and furniture. She has spent plenty of time going through old barnhouses trying to find the perfect item for her next project.
Belanger, owner of Reimagined Restorations, is a master of restoration and loves her work. She spends her time looking for old pieces of, well, anything and giving them a makeover. They go from discarded junk to unique pieces of furniture and art for any home.

This year, the spring market event will be held this Saturday, May 21 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Elizabeth Park. Local businesses and artisans will be on site selling wares of all kinds, such as candles, kitchenware, upscale handmade items, clothing, jewelry, art, garden decor and more.
