Weiss Distilling Co.

From a spooktacular Halloweiss takeover to a winter wonderland for the over-21 crowd, affectionately given the name Weiss on Ice, this distillery surely doesn’t fall short when it comes to serving up seasonal favorites. The Weiss on Ice menu houses a variety of winter cocktails, some of which are brand new, and some making a comeback from last season. The cocktails are listed by spirit type, including rum, gin, absinthe, apple brandy, vodka, Weiss Lightning, non-alcoholic drinks and mixed shots. Choose between the A.B. Toddy, Violent Violet, 

Nog Nog Who’s There, Fairies Wear Boots, Gotcha Matcha, Fog Machine, To Grandmother’s We Go, Krampus, Winter Brujah, Apple Brandy Sazerac, The Tenth Kingdom, Vylette, Warm Welcome, Griswold Christmas Bonus, Rosemary’s Baby (non-alcoholic), and Papa Noel. River Rock Bar and Grill

The solid selection of winter cocktails makes this a no-brainer stop this holiday season. Try out the Catch Me if You Can, gingerbread cookie flavored whiskey, the sugar cookie cocktail, a chocolate peppermint soda, and in the spirit of Hanukkah, a gelt cocktail.

Cadillac Lodge

Cadillac Lodge is a Detroit holiday season favorite. Experience cozy ski-lodge vibes, and a whimsical display of Christmas lights, and decorations inside a heated tent. Choose between a tasty hot or cold holiday cocktail. The hot cocktails include Santa’s Little Helper, Baby It’s Cold Outside, and Winter Wonderland, while the Motown Mule, Rudolph, Cadillac Lounge Manhattan, and Mistletoe Margarita are served cold.

The Iron Gate

The Iron Gate is the first very first craft cocktail bar in Wyandotte, and they don’t take that lightly. The cocktail menus are extensive and sure to entice any palate, especially the seasonal cocktails only available during the holidays. This year’s holiday cocktail menu consists of Let’s Take An Elfie, Polar Vortex, Sleazy Mall Santa, Snoop Noggy Nog, Lil Drummer Boi, and Noggin Around The Christmas Tree. Reservations are recommended.
