The Live Love Local Celebration will be taking place at Detroit’s Eastern Market. All you self-proclaimed “foodies” out there take notes; this event will feature culinary demonstrations by some of Metro Detroit’s top chefs! The Live Love Local Celebration is hosted by the Greening of Detroit, a not “for” profit organization that focuses on working towards the reforestation of Detroit and edibleWOW Magazine, a quarterly publication that reports on the food scene of Southeastern Michigan. All proceeds of the event will benefit The Greening of Detroit’s education programs and projects, as well as their planting efforts.

The Annual Wine and Food Festival is back in town for its 12th year and will be hosted by the Meadow Brook Music Festival. If you consider yourself a bit of a wine connoisseur, chances are this is the festival for you!
