Our executive Chef Lukez with 15 years of experience in Florence is committed to providing customers with an authentic Italian dining experience that they will never forget…Come and enjoy our modern take on classic Italian cuisine!” While there, the millefoglie di melanzane (eggplant, tomato sauce, parmesan, and basil), Insalata di mare (mussels, little neck clams, octopus, shrimp, and calamari), and carpaccio di filleto (thin slices of raw filet mignon, lemon juice, olive oil, and parmesan) all are must-try appetizers. For pasta selections, the lobster linguine, truffle risotto, busiate pistacchio e gamberi (pistachio pesto with shrimp) are all excellent options.
