That’s where Chilly Tails Frozen Treats comes into play. Detroit-based PawStroll created Chilly Tails as a non-GMO ice cream product for dogs. The products, which come in a variety of styles and flavors, are made in Michigan from all-natural ingredients.
Recently, Chilly Tails expanded and is now available at Woodward Corner Market by Meijer in Royal Oak and Detroit K-9 Pet Supplies on Cass – the first retail outlet within the city of Detroit to carry Chilly Tails Frozen Treats.
“We are thrilled Chilly Tails Frozen Treats will be available at Woodward Corner Market as part of the specialty offerings they provide their customers, and to now have a retail presence in the City of Detroit at Detroit K-9 Pet Supplies on Cass,” said Ndidika Vernon, owner of PawStroll. “This makes it much easier for consumers to get our products and for us to share the joy of dog ice cream with the canine community.”
Chilly Tails’ product line includes ice cream cups, ice cream sandwiches, ice cream biscuits, ice cream cakes and bonbons. Flavors include Carob Chip, Peanut Butter and Banana, Peanut Butter and Jelly, Peanut Butter Pumpkin, Strawberry and Vanilla.
“We are excited to bring Chilly Tails Frozen Treats to the market. We pride ourselves on supporting local and minority-owned businesses,” said Natalie Rubino, Woodward Corner Market store director.
PawStroll is a professional dog care service company based in the city of Detroit that specializes in providing a variety of professional amenities for dogs and cats and their owners such as special Pawty packages – custom dog events, dog walking, off-leash adventures, dog and cat sitting, playtime services, new puppy care, and pet photography. In July 2018, PawStroll launched its line of ice cream products for dogs, recently renamed Chilly Tails Frozen Treats.
