Rocko’s Pet Stop Pet Adoption Fair
On June 4, Rocko’s Pet Stop will host a fair, featuring rescues from the Michigan Humane Society of Macomb. Several pet-themed vendors will be in attendance, including food brand representatives, trainers, and a nutritionist. There will also be prizes and a 50/50 raffle benefiting the participating rescues/shelters. Ales & Tails, Shave & Save Event
On June 12 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., the Sherwood Brewing Company, located at 45689 Hayes Rd, Shelby Township will host a fundraising and adoption event. There will also be activities like head shaving for St. Baldrick’s, live music, silent auctions, vendors, and more. All proceeds will go to St. Baldrick’s and the Humane Society of Macomb. NHPR Adoption Event
This New Hope Pet Rescue adoption event will take place on June 25, at PetSmart in Commerce Charter Twp, 385 Haggerty Rd, Commerce Charter Twp from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. All pets will be up to date on age-appropriate vetting and ready to go home. Find more information and events here.
Last Day Dog Rescue Events
Last Day Dog Rescue is an organization that works tirelessly to save as many animals as possible and will host the following adoption events. On June 25, an event will take place at the PetSmart in Troy, 734 E Big Beaver Rd from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The next one is the following day at Premier Pet Supply in Livonia, 15399 Merriman Rd. from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. The Farmington Fido Fest is set for July 15 and July 16 at Riley Park, 33113 Grand River Ave, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will be another event at PetSmart in Troy at the same address that’s previously listed. It will take place on July 23, from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Lastly, there will be another event at Premier Pet Supply in Livonia at the same address previously mentioned.
