We all know that metro Detroit has plenty of great restaurants to check out. From innovative food trends, metro Detroit food festivals, fish fryday spots, and numerous local food festivals, there are plenty of unique and exciting restaurants in the D.
For the past few weeks, In the D hosted its first ever March Munchie Mania consisting of some of the area’s favorite restaurants. From local burger spots (Redcoat Tavern and Shamrock Irish Pub), to Mexican restaurants (Imperial and Plaza Mexico), and even fine dining (Mabel Gray and Selden Standard), the mania began with 16 restaurants and now only one remains.
Featuring a final between Vinsetta Garage and Red Coat Tavern, Vinsetta Garage received more votes over the holiday weekend to be crowned the first ever March Munchie Mania champion! Located in Berkley, Vinsetta Garage features some of the best charcoal burgers around and has proven to be a favorite among metro Detroiters.
