But when guests started asking about what our fondue was going to be like, we saw an opportunity. We began offering fondue on Sundays to perfect our recipe, and it quickly became a crowd favorite, and now, it’s a signature dish and a showpiece of our menu!” The fondue here joins gruyère and Emmentaler with white wine and kirsch to create a delightful pot, paired with sourdough, apples, and more. Larger pots are also available for private events. Beyond the cheese, guests enjoy fresh pasta dishes, thoughtfully curated wines, and a warm ambiance reminiscent of a mountain chalet.
