Blake’s Tasting Room is a full-service restaurant with Blake’s own hard cider and beers. The Cherry Limeade is an excellent seasonal hard cider, pairing sweet cherry flavors with bold lime elements. At the tasting room and Blake’s Backyard, you can find Blake’s Apple salad, also with dried cherries, apples, white cheddar pepitas, candied pecans, and Blake’s own Apple Vinaigrette. For take-home cherry goodies, check out the Michigan Cherry Jam, and pick up a case or two of hard cider, too.

On those cooler evenings, the Cherry Chocolate hot chocolate is a must, with 2 ladles of Michigan cherry chocolate along with a ladle of dark chocolate for a decadent drink, topped with a homemade marshmallow.
