The Shnitzel is the star but [we] also [offer] lots of amazing vegan options.” This Mediterranean food truck offers pita sandwiches with all fresh and natural ingredients, made hot to order with hand-crafted bread. The Shnitzel, a crispy, golden-brown chicken breast, takes center stage here, with cucumber tomato salad, red cabbage, and house ranch with celery seed sauce, but don’t miss out on their delightful creations. The Not Yo’ Mama, But Shawarma pita is made with marinated chicken, hummus, cucumber tomato salad, green cabbage, and pickles topped with tahini sauce.
