Long Family Orchard and Farm has been serving the commerce area since 2007. This seasonal apple orchard has apples of all kinds available for picking, along with vegetables. Their website even includes an ‘all about apples’ section, where the team goes through what purposes different kinds of apples can serve, their nutritional value, and recipes for treats like apple nut squares and apple dessert cake. Throughout the year, Kapnick Orchards offers a wide variety of fruits, ready for picking. The Kapnick team remains committed to healthy farming that provides healthy food to support the well-being of all its customers. The kind of apples available varies each week, and they offer the option to purchase apple trees to take home. Not to mention the Annual Apple Festival, which is coming up in October. Wasem Fruit Farm
The Wasem Fruit Farm staff prides themselves on growing high-quality fruit and vegetables. Of course, guests have the option to pick in-season fruit including apples, plums, raspberries, pumpkins, and squash, but they can be purchased at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market as well. Diehl’s Orchard and Cider Mill
The Diehl’s Orchard and Cider Mill team invites their guests to enjoy quality time with family and friends, creating memories and traditions that will be carried on for years. While U-pick is not currently offered, the apples grown on the Diehl’s Orchard trees are available for purchase in pre-packed containers, or they can be mixed and matched.
